ASSIGNMENT


The respective student teams will be required to develop and launch a successful GABM Branding and Marketing campaign over a period of 13 weeks in their respective Country or State, beginning Wednesday January 30, 2013 and ending on Tuesday April 30, 2013.

The respective student teams will receive 13 (thirteen) weekly assignments to complete, and will be adjudicated on the following criteria:

GABM Branding Assignment (Weeks 1 & 2 & 3 & 4 of competition):

  • Formulating an effective and professional Branding Strategy for GABM (GABM will judge the Branding Strategy in terms of its originality, quality, level of professionalism and creativity, and award points for the best effort. GABM will award a maximum of 50 points in respect of the Branding Strategy category);
  • Launch of a successful & effective international GABM Branding Campaign (GABM will judge the Branding Campaign of each team in terms of its results as well as achievements, and award points for the best effort. GABM will award a maximum of 200 points in respect of the Branding Campaign category).

GABM Associate Membership & Advertising Marketing Assignment (Weeks 5 & 6 & 7 & 8 & 9 & 10 & 11 & 12 & 13 of competition):

  • Formulating an effective and professional Marketing Strategy for GABM (GABM will judge the Marketing Strategy in terms of its originality, quality, level of professionalism and creativity, and award points for the best effort. GABM will award a maximum of 50 points in respect of the Marketing Strategy category);
  • Launch of a successful & effective international GABM Marketing Campaign (GABM will judge the Marketing Campaign of each team in terms of its results as well as achievements, and award points for the best effort. GABM will award a maximum of 700 points in respect of the Marketing Campaign category).
